Cancellation by Client
Notice Period: To cancel an appointment without incurring a fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can notify us via phone or email.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Unexpected Changes: If we need to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a convenient time for you. No cancellation fees will apply in this case.
Refund Policy

Prepaid Packages
Prorated Refunds: For prepaid service packages, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed and the notice period given for cancellation.
