Meet Debbie Basile, the Founder of ORGANIZED SPACES.
Debbie is passionate about transforming spaces through organization. Growing up in a large family of eight children, Debbie learned the value of organization early on. Knowing what you have and where it is makes daily life easier and helps create a peaceful home.
Organizing belongings and arranging furniture to create a beautiful room that functions well has always come naturally to her. She has often helped family and friends with their homes, and after seeing her passion for organizing and design, they encouraged Debbie to launch her business.
She is dedicated to providing custom-tailored solutions that make every space its absolute best. With an eye for detail and a creative flair,
she approaches each project with experience and excitement.
Outside of her work, Debbie enjoys all things related to entertaining, interior design, and watching sports with her family.
For the past 28 years, Debbie has called St. Charles, a charming suburb of Chicago, home.
Alongside her husband, son, and their two rescue dogs, Lexi & Louis, they have created a life filled with great friends, a loving family,
a personally rewarding business, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of organized living.

Meet Lindsey Fialco, our Lead Organizer at ORGANIZED SPACES.
Lindsey is the driving force behind all our team projects, working alongside the owner on most client projects. Her exceptional creativity and ability to find efficient solutions to our clients' organizational challenges are invaluable assets to our team.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Carthage College and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work through the University of Kentucky.
Her intelligence and compassion make her an essential team member
who is loved by all our clients.
When she’s not working or studying, Lindsey enjoys reading, cooking, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Ethan and Tilly, and they’re currently enjoying renovating their beautiful MCM home together.
VINCE BASILE Project Manager
Meet Vince Basile, our Project Manager at ORGANIZED SPACES.
Vince is dedicated to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our clients and guaranteeing successful project outcomes. He is responsible for managing the coordination between organizers, clients, and contractors when needed. Vince's expertise and passion are invaluable to our team.
Vince holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing his Sports Agent Certification.
Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, music lover, movie/TV buff, and enjoys playing video games.
ASHLEY MARCUKAITIS Summer Intern - 2024
Meet Ashley Marcukaitis, 2024 Summer Intern at ORGANIZED SPACES.
Ashley is set to begin her Senior year at San Diego State University, where she will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. This Summer, Ashley has brought her energy and enthusiasm to ORGANIZED SPACES, contributing to many projects, including a residential kitchen, pantries, entertaining spaces, a mud room, a primary closet, and even a commercial company’s move. She has been pivotal in updating our website and is actively involved in our recent social media marketing plans.
Having recently returned from studying a semester abroad in Florence, Ashley has a newfound appreciation for international travel and culture. During her time in Europe, she had the opportunity to explore numerous European cities such as Barcelona, Ibiza, and Dublin, to name a few, enriching her global perspective and inspiring her creative approach to marketing, making her an invaluable asset to ORGANIZED SPACES and to any company that would have a future opportunity to benefit from her passion for business and knowledge of current marketing trends.
